Division 09 covers several trades that are usually bid separately. Drywall, flooring and painting each have their own pages; this page covers the remaining finish scopes: acoustical ceilings, wall tile, wall coverings, plaster and specialty finishes.
We take off ceilings from the reflected ceiling plan and wall finishes from interior elevations and the finish schedule, so each finish can be priced on its own or as a coordinated Division 09 package.
