By requesting an estimate, engaging our services, or using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Estimates and Pricing
The prices included in a detailed estimate are based on market surveys and daily updated online resources. We encourage our clients to apply their own prices where appropriate, so the final bid reflects your market position.
Scope of Work
The estimated trades are clearly mentioned in the detailed estimate. Any trade or item not listed should be considered an exclusion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We provide take-offs across all trades — including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Millwork — depending on the client's requirement.
Drawings and Documentation
Our take-offs are based on scaled PDF drawings unless otherwise noted. It is your responsibility to provide complete, current drawings and specifications; estimates based on incomplete documents may be revised once final documents are available.
Revisions and Additional Work
Filling out bid forms, any sort of revision or change to the drawings, and any information forms related to a project are charged separately from the base estimate.
Payment Terms
Payment is accepted by credit card. Payment terms are 50% upon approval of the estimate and 50% before submission of the final estimate to your client or owner.
Long-Term Rates
We value long-term partnerships. Our rates for ongoing clients are up to 50% less than market rates, and we treat every client relationship with the highest level of honor and confidentiality.
Liability
While we take every measure to deliver accurate, professional estimates, our estimates are a service product based on the documents provided. Apex Accuracy Estimating Inc. is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete, outdated, or incorrect project documentation supplied by the client.
