Solar Estimating
Rooftop and ground-mount solar estimates covering modules, racking, inverters and balance-of-system wiring.
Solar Estimating Overview
A solar estimate combines equipment that is ordered by count with wiring and racking that is measured from the layout. We take off the array from the PV drawings, list modules and inverters from the equipment schedule, and measure DC and AC conductors and conduit to the interconnection point.
Roof work around the array, such as penetrations and flashing, can be coordinated with our roofing estimates.

How It Works
How We Prepare Your Solar Estimate
-
Send your plans
Upload drawings, specifications and addenda through the quote form, email or WhatsApp.
-
Confirm scope and fee
We confirm what will be measured, the estimate format and the delivery date before work starts.
-
Takeoff and pricing
Quantities are measured from the drawings, then priced for material, labor and equipment as requested.
-
Review together
We walk you through the estimate, answer questions and adjust it to your bid.
