Masonry Estimating and Takeoff
Masonry estimates that count every block, brick and stone unit, then add grout, mortar, reinforcement and accessories.
Masonry Estimating and Takeoff Overview
Masonry quantities start with wall area, but the price depends on what fills and holds the wall: unit size and type, grout spacing, vertical and horizontal reinforcement, ties, lintels and flashing. We take off each wall type separately so these differences stay visible in the estimate.
The result is a unit count and material list you can price with your supplier, plus labor quantities based on wall area and complexity.
