Demolition Estimating
Selective and full demolition estimates that quantify what comes out, how it is removed, and where the debris goes.
Demolition Estimating Overview
Demolition costs are easy to underestimate because the quantities hide inside existing conditions: partitions, ceilings, flooring layers, slabs and site features that the new drawings only show as a note. A demolition estimate makes those quantities explicit so you can price labor, equipment, containers and disposal with fewer surprises.
We work from demolition plans, existing-condition drawings and any photos or survey information you provide, and we separate selective interior work from structure and site demolition.
Also covered on this page: Existing conditions (CSI Division 02).

Construction Estimating FAQ
Demolition Estimating Questions
Abatement is a specialized scope that depends on a survey report. If you provide the survey, we can list affected areas and quantities so you can carry an abatement allowance or subcontract price; we do not assess hazardous materials ourselves.
Yes, if you can share existing-condition plans or photos. We measure what is shown and list any assumptions about unseen conditions in the clarifications.
